Belize is a country located on the east coast of Central America facing the Caribbean Sea to the east and a dense jungle to the west which notably hides Mayan ruins. A member of the Commonwealth, located between Mexico and Guatemala, Belize is the only English-speaking country in Central America. Belize is an incredible country due to its maritime and terrestrial biodiversity. Waterfall, coral reef, savannah, jungle (…) which are home to very rich ecosystems and fauna. With an average of 27 degrees all year round, this country has 6 very different regions. Relatively small, you go from east to west in just 3 hours by car.

Between tropical forest and wild atoll, Belize is a former haunt of pirates which was colonized by the English in the 19th century, before becoming autonomous in 1964. Still underdeveloped from a tourist point of view, this small English-speaking country is wedged between Guatemala, Mexico and Honduras.
